Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 21, 2026 · Last updated: May 21, 2026
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you give us
- Contact info you submit through forms (name, email, phone, business name, industry, message).
- Account info if we create an account for you (login, role, billing contact).
- Business content you provide so we can build and operate your AI services (e.g., scripts, menus, FAQs, brand assets, integrations).
- Voice and chat data from interactions with our demo AI or AI agents we operate for you, including transcripts and recordings where permitted by law.
- Payment details processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
1.2 Information we collect automatically
- Device and browser data (IP address, user agent, referrer, pages visited, approximate location derived from IP).
- Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy.
- Logs from our infrastructure, including timestamps and request metadata.
1.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from integrations you authorize (CRMs, calendars, telephony providers, analytics) or from third parties that help us run our business (e.g., payment processors, hosting and email providers).
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Site and Services.
- To communicate with you about proposals, accounts, billing, and support.
- To respond to inquiries submitted through forms or chat.
- To build, train, configure, and tune AI agents and workflows we deliver for you, using your data only for your engagement unless you separately agree otherwise.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
- With your consent, to send you marketing communications. You can opt out at any time.
3. AI processing
Our Services use AI models from us and from third-party providers. When we send your data to a model we use commercially reasonable measures to limit retention and avoid training on your data. Specific data-handling commitments for each engagement are set out in your Order or Data Processing Addendum, if applicable.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate our business:
- Service providers that host, store, route, transcribe, analyze, or otherwise process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Integrations you authorize (e.g., your CRM, calendar, messaging tools).
- Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants, auditors).
- Legal compliance — to respond to lawful requests, court orders, or to investigate fraud, threats, or security incidents.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of cookies and analytics tools to keep the Site working and to understand how it is used. See our Cookie Policy for the categories of cookies and how to control them.
6. Voice & messaging
If you interact with our demo AI receptionist or an AI agent we operate on a client's behalf, calls and messages may be recorded, transcribed, and logged to deliver the service and improve quality. Where applicable law requires consent before recording, we provide notice at the start of the interaction. We will not use the contents of client calls to train general AI models without permission.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Voice recordings and chat transcripts are typically retained for the duration of your engagement plus a reasonable period thereafter, unless your Order says otherwise.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to minimize risk and respond promptly to any incident.
9. Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive a portable copy of your data.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Opt out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" or contacting us.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by law.
10. California, Nevada & other US residents
If you are a Nevada resident, you may submit a verified request to opt out of any future sale of personal information. We do not currently sell personal information. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit use of sensitive personal information; we honor Global Privacy Control signals as opt-out requests.
11. International users
LVAIA operates from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.
12. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this Policy
We will post material changes on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
